In case of water baths, the thermostatic field is of 10-95 degrees Celsius and for those with oil, 20-200 degrees Celsius. The control with microprocessor assures small variations of temperature (+0.1 degrees Celsius at the oil baths, for the water baths, over 95 degrees Celsius can adjust a function of free heating, when water is heated as much as possible(boiling).
