The temperature and pressure, respectively the flux of inert gas can be programmed in more levels., the whole process can be documented by means of port serial RS 232 or by using a printer.
By using magnetic valves controlled by a microprocessor, vacuum adjustment is totally automated and programmed. The digital display shows us the real pressure (5-1100 mbar) as well as the set pressure (10-1100 mbar), with a precision of 1 mbar. Local heating and heating adjustment: each tray on which it is put the substance for drying has included, in a silicon layer, a heating resistance.
The exact adjustment of temperature is assured by this local heating and by reading and temperature control for each tray. This solution reduces the time for heating with aprox.75%, with a reduced energy consumption comparing with the classical type, which uses the interior heating through the inside walls of drying stove.
The double window assures an increased safety, and closing of the inside window by an arc works like a safety valve in case of sudden growth (explosion)Demand offer

The characteristic of these incubator cases , endowed besides the metal door and with a glass one, is the very precise control of temperature (0.1 degrees Celsius) and the uniform distribution of temperature (0.4-0.6 degrees Celsius).

Incubators with cooling Memmert, IPP series
Referring to the new series of incubators with cooling Memmert, the cooling is assured by the elements Peltier. The adjustment of temperature with microprocessor type “fuzzy logic” makes possible thermostating in the field 5-60 degrees Celsius. The variation of temperature in time is smaller than 0.05 degrees Celsius in the incubator’s interior is of maxim +- 0.3 degrees Celsius.
